2. Scope of processing
This website is purely informational. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies, we do not embed tracking services, and we do not load third-party content such as external fonts, maps or videos. There is no contact form; enquiries reach us by email.
3. Server log files
When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically stores information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files:
- the page requested, plus date and time of access
- volume of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
- browser type and version, operating system used
- referrer URL and IP address (usually truncated or stored only briefly)
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and security of the website. The data is deleted after [add retention period, e.g. 7 days] unless security incidents require longer retention.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by [add hosting provider name and address]. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
5. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, the content of your enquiry and any shipment details) in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Your enquiry is deleted once it has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations apply — in particular commercial and tax retention periods of 6 to 10 years under German law.
6. Disclosure of data
We disclose your data only where this is necessary to carry out the transport order (for example to performing carriers, warehousing partners or customs authorities), or where we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell data.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right at any time to:
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3))
An informal message to support@tejatug.com is enough to exercise these rights.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar.

We update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to the legal situation require it. The version published here applies.
