Liability under CMR
Cross-border road transport is covered by CMR liability of 8.33 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram of gross weight.
For higher cargo values we arrange additional cover on request.
Documented handover
Every consignment is collected against a consignment note and countersigned on delivery.
You receive the signed proof digitally; we keep it on file.
A price that holds
The quote states a fixed price including tolls, fuel and ancillary charges — in writing, before collection.
Later surcharges only if you change the order yourself.

What clients ask us first
How fast do I get a quote?
On working days we reply within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. For direct runs with same-day collection, call us instead — we'll confirm availability and price straight away.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Cross-border road transport is covered by statutory CMR liability of 8.33 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram of gross weight; domestic carriage falls under German commercial law. If the cargo is worth more than that, we arrange additional cover before collection — just tell us the value of the goods.
How do I know where my shipment is?
You get a confirmation at collection, a notification if anything deviates from the agreed schedule, and the signed proof of delivery once the goods arrive. For interim updates, ask your contact person at any time.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Have the damage noted on the consignment note at handover and tell us immediately — at once for visible damage, within seven days for concealed damage. We record the claim, secure the documentation and settle the case with the insurer.
How is the job invoiced?
You receive the invoice after delivery, with VAT shown separately and the price from the quote. Payment terms and framework conditions for regular transports are agreed in advance.
Do you also take single pallets?
Yes. We carry part loads from one pallet space as well as full loads up to 24 tonnes. Smaller consignments are consolidated onto existing routes, which brings your price down.
